How it is worked out
20 orders × 7 min × 22 working days ÷ 60
= 51.3 hours
51.3 hours × €15/hour ≈ €770
About 51.3 hours saved per month, an estimated €770 of monthly labor-time value.
Assumes 22 working days per month.
These are illustrative estimates of employee time value — not guaranteed payroll savings. Real results depend on your documents, review time and processes, and will be measured during pilots.

07 — Why WorkNivo
General AI assistants are capable, flexible tools for many kinds of work. WorkNivo is built for one job: purchase orders, checked against your own records and approved by your team, the same way every time.
The WorkNivo column describes how WorkNivo Intake is designed to work.
08 — Security & trust
WorkNivo keeps your team in control of every order and keeps each company's data private. Here's how it's designed; we'll publish more detail as each safeguard is tested and independently reviewed.
AI prepares the draft; an employee reviews it. Nothing is approved, sent or exported until someone on your team signs off.
Customers, products and prices are compared with your company's own data by fixed rules.
Missing or unclear details are marked for review rather than filled in silently, so you see exactly what needs a decision.
Roles decide who can review and approve, and each upload, correction and approval is recorded with who did it and when.
Each company's records are isolated at the database level, keeping one business out of another's data.
Documents are stored privately and opened only through short-lived links. Connections are encrypted and secrets stay on the server.
NoteWe don't claim certifications we haven't earned.
09 — Early access
WorkNivo Intake, our purchase-order assistant, is in early access. We're opening it to a small group of pilot businesses and shaping it around their work.

10 — FAQ
Where something is planned rather than built, we say so.
WorkNivo reads incoming business documents, starting with customer purchase orders. It extracts the key details, checks them against your records and rules, flags issues, and prepares a draft record for your team to approve. The first product, WorkNivo Intake, is in early access with pilot businesses.
Small and mid-sized businesses that handle repetitive documents. We are starting with distributors and wholesalers. Other industries, such as medical equipment suppliers, may follow.
No. WorkNivo prepares the work. People review and approve it. The goal is less repetitive admin and more capacity for the work that needs a person.
Rules check the AI’s output against your records. Calculations are done by code, not by the AI. Anything uncertain is flagged, never guessed, and nothing is finalized without human approval. AI can make mistakes, which is why review is built in.
Yes. Your team sees each draft side by side with the source document. They can edit, approve or reject it, and changes are recorded.
The first version focuses on PDF purchase orders. Other document types, and receiving documents straight from an email inbox, are planned.
No. There are no prompts to write and no automation diagrams to build. Setup is guided, and we will help early-access customers get started.
Approved records can be exported as files, for example CSV, to bring into the systems you already use. Direct integrations with ERP and accounting systems are planned, prioritized by what our customers actually use.
Pricing is not final. Early-access participants will get the details before any commitment.
Not generally. WorkNivo Intake is in early access: pilot businesses use it while we refine it, and it is not yet proven at scale. On this site you can try the interactive demo (with fictional data) and the savings calculator today, or request early access.
