Terms of Service

An early-access service

WorkNivo is in development. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. During early access the service is free; we will tell you clearly, in advance, before any paid plan applies to you, and you will not be charged without agreeing to it.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.
• Tell us at support@worknivo.app if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Try to access other companies’ data, or probe, overload or disrupt the service.
• Upload malware, or use the service to send spam or harmful content.
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

Your data

You own the documents and data you put into WorkNivo. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

AI results need your review

WorkNivo uses AI to read documents and prepare work, such as orders, for your approval. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking results before you approve or use them, and nothing is sent to other systems or people without your approval. Do not rely on WorkNivo as your only check for financial, legal or tax decisions.

Our service

The WorkNivo software, brand and website content belong to us. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service, without any obligation to you.

Ending your use

You can stop using WorkNivo and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. If we ever decide to shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will update the date at the top of this page and tell account holders by email before any significant change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
