One order that WorkNivo reads and prepares as a draft you can review. Edits, approvals, exports and views are free.
No. If a document can't be read, or processing fails, it isn't counted. Retrying the same document never counts twice. A readable document that turns out not to be a purchase order becomes a draft flagged “not a purchase order” and does use one processed order, so please upload only orders. Each document can be tried up to 3 times, and documents over 30 pages aren’t processed. To keep the service fair, each plan also has a monthly safety limit on processing attempts (twice your order allowance) that normal use never reaches.
Uploading the exact same file twice is blocked before processing, so it isn't counted. A different file with an order you already have is counted. Giving that order back when you reject the draft as a duplicate isn't available yet.
New documents can't be processed until your allowance resets or your plan changes. Everything you've already processed stays available to review, approve and export.
No. Your allowance resets every month.
Yearly pricing is a future option: a lower monthly price, billed once a year, with the same monthly allowance. Nothing is billed during the beta, and choosing yearly now doesn't start any charge.
Everyone in your workspace, including you, plus invitations that haven't expired yet.
No. WorkNivo is free during the beta and no payment is required. Online payment isn't open, and nothing on this site takes a card. Selecting a plan doesn't authorize any future charge; paid access would need a new, separate checkout where you accept the price and terms.
Yes. During the beta you can switch between Starter, Growth and Scale yourself in Billing, without payment.
Yes. Any verified workspace owner can pick a plan without paying and without manual approval. We don't ask for a card. Beta limits apply, separate from the plan allowance: 3 orders processed with real AI for the life of the workspace (we can raise this for a workspace), documents up to 10 pages and 5 MB, one free beta workspace per owner, and a verified email address. If the app-wide AI budget is paused, non-AI features keep working.
The beta has no end date yet. If we start charging, you won't be charged automatically: paid access would need a new, separate checkout where you explicitly accept the price and terms, and your records stay available.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other taxes, which will be added where the law requires. Paid plans aren't open yet and the beta is free; we'll confirm how taxes apply before anyone is charged. See the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
